Set up a weekly review
Have Godspeed tidy your notes and goals once a week, file what is clear and ask you only about the rest.
A weekly review keeps what Godspeed knows true. It does the filing itself, reports every move, and asks only about what it should not decide alone.
Set it up
#Name a day and a time in the chat:
It makes a routine called weekly review at that time on your clock, and shows you its next run and how to pause it. With no day named, it asks for one.
To have a review now, ask for your weekly review in the chat.
Or in Settings, Privacy, suggestions and notifications, tick Weekly review, choose the day and time and click Save notifications.
What it does
#- Files your loose notes. Notes it could not place yet wait in
inbox, a folder in your mission control folder. It moves each clear one where it belongs, such as onto a person's page, and keeps the original inarchives/.filed-captures/ - Asks about unclear notes, one short question each, naming the note.
- Catches pages that disagree. If one page says a price is not decided and another gives it, it quotes both and asks which is true.
- Looks at your goals: one line on each, and one priority to protect next week.
Each review is saved as a new dated file in reviews/, with a summary under 250 words. It sends and publishes nothing.
To undo a move, ask it to put the page back as it was. It saves a version of every file before it changes it.
The Weekly Review page is something else
#The notebook's sidebar has a page called Weekly Review. Click Create Review (Create First Review the first time) for an AI summary of what you captured in the last 7, 14 or 30 days. It does not move or change your notes.
