Start the cycle tracker

#
  1. On the first day of your period, say track period.

It asks once: "Start a cycle tracker?"

  2. Answer yes. Today is kept as day 1.

Track each day

#
  • track period, or with details: track period, heavy, cramps 2 (pain from 0 to 3)
  • A symptom on its own: track cramps
  • When it ends: track period over
  • Another day: track period yesterday

Your days are a table on the Trackers shelf in Collections.

Ask when the next one comes

#

Say when is my next period?. After two complete cycles it gives a window for the next start.

  • A heads-up: tell me two days before my period puts one line in your morning brief, once you have one. It never sends a message of its own.
  • A cycle that should not count: say it was affected by pregnancy, breastfeeding, or starting or stopping the pill.
  • A coaching talk: my health talk may read my cycle.

What it is not for

#

The cycle tracker is not for contraception or for trying to conceive, and it is not a diagnosis. It never gives a fertile window, an ovulation day or "safe days", and it declines questions about them.

Your entries stay in your own notebook. What you type and what it answers pass through your AI service, and Telegram if you use it, like every message.

Delete it

#

Say delete my cycle tracker. It asks once, and your yes deletes the tracker with all its entries.
