Install Godspeed Mission Control on a server
Rent a Linux server, paste one line into it, and open the private link it gives you. Then Godspeed works day and night.
A server is a Linux computer you rent from a hosting company, which stays on day and night. The company charges a monthly fee. You also need Telegram on your phone for the setup.
Rent a server
#Any hosting company works. Choose a server with:
- an Intel or AMD processor (often called x86-64), not ARM
- Ubuntu 24.04 or Debian, with nothing else installed on it
- about 8 GB of free disk
At Hostinger, for example:
- Open Hostinger's VPS plans (VPS is what they call a rented server), choose a plan and complete the checkout. Every plan fits.
- When Hostinger asks which operating system to install, choose Ubuntu 24.04 under Plain OS.
Purchases through this link support Godspeed at no extra cost to you.
Install
#Open your server's terminal, the window for typing commands. At Hostinger, open your server in the control panel and use its browser terminal. Elsewhere, type
ssh root@and your server's address in a terminal on your own computer.Paste this line and press Enter:
curl -fsSL https://godspeedmissioncontrol.com/server | bashWait a few minutes while it sets everything up. You see lines like these:
At the end it prints your server's address and a private link:
Open the private link in your browser.

#First setup: make your account and connect your AI.
Use your own domain name
#Without a domain name, your server gets a free address made from its IP address, like 203-0-113-7.sslip.io, with a real security certificate. To use your own name instead, point it at the server, then run:
curl -fsSL https://godspeedmissioncontrol.com/server | GODSPEED_HOST=mission.example.com bashIf something is different
#- "This server is still installing its own updates." A new server updates itself in its first minutes. The installer waits, up to 15 minutes, then carries on.
- It stops with one sentence. That sentence says what to fix, for example a busy port or a closed firewall. Fix it and run the same line again: nothing is lost. Problems while installing lists them.
