  • Import from Menerio: copies your notes from Menerio, an online notebook by Godspeed's author, if you used it before.
  • Your AI: which AI your routines and the chat use, and whether the routines reached it on their last check. Check now asks it again, the way a routine does. Below it you connect an AI account. For a ChatGPT plan, choose ChatGPT (sign in with your ChatGPT plan) and click Sign in with ChatGPT. For a key, choose OpenRouter, OpenAI or Another service, fill in Model and Key, and click Test and connect. See First setup. At its end, Backup AI connects a second AI the same ways, which steps in when your main AI fails (Connect a backup AI).
  • Telegram: on the one-line server only. Connects your Telegram bot; once connected, Use a different bot or Disconnect Telegram. See First setup.
  • Voice replies: the voice that answers your voice notes in Telegram, the free one or your own from ElevenLabs. For ElevenLabs, fill in its fields and click Make a sample and save. It makes a sample you can play there and keeps the voice only if the sample worked. Use the free voice instead goes back. See Talk to it with voice notes.
  • Privacy, suggestions and notifications: AI Visibility hides chosen notes from the AI chat and connected apps, while your own search still finds them. AI Suggestions sets how freely the notebook adds what it noticed. Notifications switches on your morning brief at the time you choose and the weekly review on the day you choose; off pauses them.
  • Connect other assistants: keys that let other AI apps use your notebook. Tick what each key may touch. The bin icon, then Revoke, ends a key. See Use Godspeed in VS Code, Claude or Codex.
  • Open the Windows assistant: on Windows, opens the app of Hermes, the program that runs your assistant. You connect your AI account there. It shows only on Windows.
  • Routine delivery: where your routines' results go. While Telegram is connected they go there, also when you connected it after your first goal. Keep results here keeps them as notes in the folder From your routines; Send them to Telegram sends them there again. Your routines follow the choice at once.
  • Optional account connections: advanced links to outside services, and Read a Google Drive folder. See Outside services.
  • Pair the server and media: links a computer with your one-line server so photos and files reach both. See Use it on two computers.
  • Start with one goal: shown until you have a goal, with your time zone to check. The Goals page has a box for it too, Your first goal. See Give it your first goal.
  • Check saved connections: Check saved connections now tries a connection again after you fixed its sign-in.
  • Follow-through: a link to the Goals page, where your goals are now. Its folded sections:
    • Obligations and reminders: saves a deadline or a day you would like something done. It keeps what is true when it is done and, for a deadline, what missing it costs. Your deadline reminders and morning brief mention it, as in Get reminded of a deadline.
    • Coaching conversations, Your journal, Health observations, Agreed habits: forms for what you can also say in the chat.
    • Forecasts and measured results, Sources to watch: forms for forecasts and pages to watch.
    • Routine times: the times and days of each routine, to change. See Pause, move or run a routine.
    • Import selected health measurements: brings in health numbers by date from a CSV file.
    • Personal commands: runs Godspeed's own commands, for advanced use.
  • Search by meaning: connects a service so search also finds what you meant. Disconnect stops it.
  • Find your knowledge: one search box over your whole notebook.
  • Routines: one row per routine with Pause or Resume, Run due routines, and which machine runs them. Enable routine adds one of your recipes as a routine. See Pause, move or run a routine.
  • Sync and schedule ownership: your private GitHub repository, Sync now, and which machine runs the routines. See Use it on two computers.
  • Review conflicting edits: edits two machines made to the same thing.
  • Recovery: when the last nightly backup was made, or that it did not work, and Rebuild search, Save a backup and Restore a separate copy. See Back up and restore.
  • About: your installation's version and Release code, and where your folder, notes, photos, files and backups are. It also names the food tracker's sources and their licences, and links to this guide.
